Every aging senior eventually reaches a point where their independence and well-being can only be maintained with the help of others.  From taking medicines  to taking meals, from changing clothes to changing furnace filters, from making appointments to making it around town . . . the basic activities that are so often taken for granted become huge challenges for aging seniors.

Sometimes, seniors are fortunate enough to have family or friends who are available to immediately step in and provide the needed assistance .  But increasingly, family and friends find it difficult or impossible to be available to provide or coordinate that needed help.  Great distances, competing obligations, limited finances, and personal conflicts frequently prevent devoted family and friends from being available to help, even when they desperately want to do so.  That's where Care Connections can help!

CARE CONNECTIONS can represent a family member or friend who is not immediately available to be with their loved one.  Arranging for care and then monitoring that care and reporting back can bring piece of mind during unsettling and challenging times.  The same reassuring service can be provided on behalf of a guardian, a trustee, a conservator, or a power of attorney -- when quality oversight is an obvious obligation.
Do you know a senior at risk of losing their independence?  Let the professionals at Care Connections  intervene to help keep them at home !!
